Looks awesome.  Only gripe is the tree is a pain to navigate.  Perhaps the Quick Access, Computer, OneDrive, and Network can each be shown like in Outlook's Mail, Calendar, etc. buttons?  That way when you scroll down into a deep folder it isn't hard to get back to another top level place.

I really like this concept design, dude! Very nice :) The tab location is a little strange imo but it looks good overall!

Side note: you have 3 different styles of down buttons (little down arrows) in your concept and I think there should be one consistent style for them. ;)

Ok....Welll....This is just Another Foxy Chat Icon because why not Foxy's Booty Dance (Chat Icon) please please please send this over to Microsoft or post it on uservoice page I would really like to see this in Windows 10 :D
